About the event
Authentically You Sunday's is a drop in group for those who are enrolled in or are alumni of our "Unstoppable, Authentically You!" (8 week) Mentorship program. We will join together in community to support your learning and implementation of skills in your everyday life. I'll be there and so will your peers to walk along side you as you navigate becoming authentically you. This is a way of being, and a journey, not a final destination.
This event will be held virtually and in person at Awakenings every other week from 10:30-12:00pm. The cost will be $20 and can be paid in advance or at the door.
We will come together with a guided meditation to join us in community and the energy of our intentions. Then we will move to our program and Q & A session.
